When you pay, the host gets your request on their phone straight away and has 30 minutes to accept. Most hosts confirm in a few minutes. If they don't answer in time, your booking is confirmed automatically. If they decline, your full payment is refunded at once and we show you similar stays that are free for the same dates. Stays marked Instant confirm are confirmed the moment you pay.

As soon as your booking is confirmed. It is in the app under Trips, and we also send it by email and WhatsApp. The voucher works offline, has a QR code the host can scan, and shows the host's phone number and directions.

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank you paid with. We start them the same day; your bank usually shows the money within 5–7 working days. You can follow the refund on the booking under Trips.

Some places need permits: North Sikkim (Lachung, Lachen, Gurudongmar), Dzongu and the Nathula area need a Protected Area Permit, and Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Mizoram need an Inner Line Permit for Indian visitors. Where a host applies for the permit, we ask for your ID after payment. The stay page tells you what each place needs.

These places come from public maps and have not joined GoBunny yet, so you can't book them instantly. Send an enquiry and our team will check availability with them for you. Verified stays have been checked by our team and can be booked in the app.

Open the booking under Trips and tap Cancel. Before you confirm, we show exactly how much you get back today and the dates when that changes. The amount follows the stay's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict).

No. You can browse and book without signing up. At the end of your booking you enter your name and phone number, and we create your GoBunny profile from it so you can find your trips later.
